2. UAE Cut-Off Times and Express Options
Same Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12 PM are picked, packed, and delivered by 10 PM.
Express Delivery (Dubai Only)
Available for orders placed between 11 AM and 5:30 PM. Service depends on driver availability on the same day.
Bullet Delivery (Dubai Only)
This service delivers within 2 to 4 hours. Available across Dubai except for the following zones:

3. Remote and Out of Zone Areas
Some locations may require extra delivery time or may not be serviceable. These areas are handled manually by our logistics partner and not directly through Shopify settings. Because of this, delivery estimates shown at checkout may not reflect the final delivery timeline for these locations.

Remote Area. Delivery may take 2 to 3 days.

Out of Zone. Delivery is not available. Any picked-up order is returned to our partner

Our team will contact you with the updated delivery timeline or alternative delivery options.
4. GCC Shipping
We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days.
Processing happens daily except on Sundays.
5. International Shipping
International orders are processed the same day and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Rates depend on the package weight and destination.
A complete rate table is available at checkout. You may also request the tariff sheet if needed.
6. Order Processing and Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed
It is transferred to our logistics partner immediately.
Processing includes verification, packing, and dispatch scheduling, depending on the selected delivery type.
If an item becomes unavailable or requires extra handling time
Our team contacts you before dispatching the order.
7. Delivery Attempts
Delivery teams will attempt contact using the provided phone number
If unsuccessful, up to two delivery attempts are made.
If all attempts fail, the order is returned to our warehouse.
8. Tracking Your Order
You will receive an SMS or email with the tracking link once the order is dispatched.
Tracking updates are available in real time.
