Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
• your item is damaged
• your order is incorrect
• something is missing

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as fast as possible.


Food Products (Non-Returnable)

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items, including all DATE ME spreads and gift sets.


Refunds (When Applicable)

Refunds may be issued only if:
  • the item arrives damaged
  • the wrong product was delivered
  • your order was lost in delivery (after confirmation)
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll take care of it.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
